Director of Revenue Cycle
Management
Responsibilities:
1.
Assists in the evaluation, development and implementation of
projects
2.
Responsible for developing partnerships with payors, clients,
other departments and vendors in order to attain department goals and
objectives
3.
Serves as a member of the manangement team by participating in
strategic planning , staffing decisions and other key areas.
4.
Provides guidance and consistency in policy and procedures
5.
Manage KPI’s
6.
Participate in inter and intra department meetings
7.
Other duties as assigned
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Required:
1.
A minimum of 7 years of senior healthcare management experience
2.
Excellent supervisory and organizational skills
3.
Extensive knowledge of billing systems revenue cycle operations
4.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5.
Ability to work independently
