JOB TITLE: Sales Operations Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Director, Sales Operations

SUMMARY:
Responsible
for supporting the Customer base and generic Sales Department.
ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist
in assembling and submitting bids
- Track
outstanding bids and results
- Create
& update contract pricing notifications
- Maintain
and update master contract listing and SAP with pricing and rebate
information
- Create
and maintain contract comparison files by customer type
- Customer
Eligibility requests
- Inform
customers and customer service of contract pricing changes and new
contracts
- Track
proposals and quotes
- New
product launches
- Calculate
and track other rebates and promotional items
- Requesting
checks and credits from Accounting
- Track
Shelf Stock adjustments
- Track
and follow-up on special offers such as Buy-ins
- Sales
support; provide sales people/customers with supplies, samples and
information as necessary
- Running
monthly sales reports
- Research
product information on Drug Databanks
- Assist
with research to ensure proper chargeback reconciliation
- Trade
show coordination – including registration, set up online and promotional
item tracking
- Documentation
of SAP business process procedures
- Document
departmental procedures
- Other
projects as assigned

EDUCATION
AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelors Degree -
Finance/Accounting/ Business related a plus
