    The A-26A features adjustable height seal jaws and can automatically wrap a wide range of products, including high profile or short length items, at speeds up to 35 packages per minute. It is also available in a USDA approved model.

    Dispensa-Matic U-45 Label Dispenser: Is a simple heavy-duty semi-automatic electric label dispenser that is designed for labels from 3/8 of an inch to 4 and 1/2 inch widths to any length tall. This label dispenser advances at over 5″ per second Standard Speed, and 11″ per second High Speed. U-45 allows you to peel small labels with ease.
    Dispensa-Matic Label Dispensers now have 2 options for sensing labels. The standard option is a photo detector that detects the label by “seeing” it from .5″ to 1.5″ away. This method works for most labels, even transparent ones. The other option is a brand new design, another Dispensa-Matic patented Original from Richard Shannon! It is an optical sensor with physical detector, allowing even the thinnest transparent labels to be sensed with ease. This sensor will operate with less than 2 grams of force (one fourth the force of the previous micro-switch), but tested to last for over 2 million labels!

    Product Details:
    We use very few outside sources for our machine components.
    Side frames: made using the highest quality metals then formed, countersunk, de-burred, and inspected one at a time at our facility.
    Dispensing Tables: formed out of stainless. The peel edge is hand shaped to spec by our 20+ year machinist to get that perfect peeling edge needed to dispense labels without tearing the backing paper. Dispensing tables are POLISHED with ultra-fine polishing compound so paper flows freely around the plate. (We do NOT use cheap teflon tape that will peel off over time!)
    The U-45 motor: is a shaded pole AC motor, and is also made in the USA to our specifications. (No CHEAP 12v motors here!)
