Ordering custom packaging is easy with SupplyOne as well. Our own in house tooling department enables us to design, fabricate and modify vacuum forming molds and cutting dies immediately. As your one source for trays, we can custom design and manufacture trays from .005" to .080". We utilize thermoformers, die-cutters, hot stamping presses, heat sealers, roller die-cutters, and a punch press in our manufacturing facility to bring you the very best in the thermoforming market.

Along with the manufacture of thermoformed products, we also provide other value-added fulfillment services including hot stamping and heat sealing products, printing company logos or a company name on a part, as well as heat-sealing your blister to a blister card for an attractive point of purchase product display.
