 seeking Production Planner/Scheduler with Pharmaceutical Manufacturing experience (Suffolk County, NY)

Required MRP and production planning experience w/pharmaceutical or nutritional supplements manufacturer.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage manufacturing and packaging schedule for production line
• Coordinate with production staff to review schedule adherence
• Prioritize raw materials required for sampling and lab testing
• Coordinate with Management to review production requirements, material needs, and resource needs.
• Plan, track, and report on performance of key metrics: (on-time delivery, shortages, past-due backlog, etc.)
• Work with planning and quality to process discrepant materials
• Tactical planning for weekly production lines
• Maintain overall cost efficiency
• Review MRP (Material Requirements Planning) for operational requirements
• Coordinate, expedite and release all work orders to Production and Warehouse

1. Entry Level College Grad need: 

Full time, entry level position available at very fast paced, growing consumer finance company . We seek a college educated individual to assist in loan processing functions and customer service related tasks. Responsibilities include verification of loan file details, interacting with customers and potential customers via phone and general office work. A successful candidate must be organized and professional with excellent phone and computer skills.

Hours are 9-6 or 10-7.

They have about 13 people in the office now. 

$13-$16 per hour-40 hour week  (27K - 33K)

2. Next position is an Executive Assistant- Melville, 50k, maybe 55k for Top Insurance Brokerage. Must have stable work history and excellent computer skills. Word, Excel and Typing. 

3. Commercial lines Assistant AE- Huntington, Salary 40k. Must have worked for an Insurance Brokerage before assisting in the Commercial lines Dept. 

4. Commercial Lines Account Executives- Positions all over LI. Salary range from 50-70k. Must have P&C license and worked for an insurance brokerage. 

5. Insurance Producers- Base Salary plus commission to work for an Insurance Brokerage out east. 40-50k base plus commission.

Do you know anyone that would be interested in this opening? The salary is in the mid 50ks. 

 

The person will supervise 20 employees.  We need someone energetic and be able to do everything in the warehouse not just manage employees.  Even be able to fill for an employee that is out, someone that is hands on.

Growing beauty supply distributor in Suffolk County is looking for a Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operation.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·      Responsible for developing and executing daily and weekly operational plans to meet and exceed internal and external customer service requirements, while maximizing quality, safety, and productivity throughout the facility. 

·      Evaluate inventory management reports regularly to ensure an accurate and efficient annual Physical Inventory.

·      Comprehensive knowledge of and ability to apply and enforce material handling and facility safety regulations.

·      Analyze and use daily reports to improve warehouse efficiency.

·      Supervise, schedule and train staff to ensure efficient, effective, and profitable operation of all job functions.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

• Ability to function in a high energy/multi-task environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Management and/or Supervisory experience.
• Skilled at operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
