Fast Growing Food Manufacturer seeks experienced skilled bookkeeper.

Responsibilities include:
• Keeping records of financial transactions
• Verifying and allocating business transactions
• Reconcile and balance accounts
• Compile reports to demonstrate statistics such as receipts, accounts payable/receivable, profit and loss and other matters in line with business
• Handling accounts payables/receivable functions
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Manages payroll, filing federal and state payroll tax returns
• Prepare basic financial reports (profit & loss, cash flow, bank reconciliation, inventory)
• Budgeting
• Cash management
Requirements:
• 3-5 years bookkeeping experience in manufacturing environment
• 4 year degree preferred
• Excellent computer skills with SAP B1 experience -- a MUST
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, ability to read and understand profit and loss statements, balance sheet statements etc.
• Experience with Factoring Receivables preferred
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Must be an independent self starter
