This may sound really basic...but i was so impressed with a local manufacturer of designer goods recently!!
Our wise VP of operations, learned that if he replaces his inner boxes, which cost .52/ea...and replaces them with a high quality reclosable poly bag...he can load a 6 pack into a bag at a cost of .08/ea....
Magnify that times 25,000 pieces and our clever friend just saved his company $11,000 with one Purchase order!!!
